Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Smiffys Trade account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn fashion items and the original packing slip inside the shipping box, ensuring all original tags remain attached.
Apply Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
